We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in a beautiful city. The General all round ambiance was fantastic! The staff went out of their way to help us, especially Bostjon who went above and beyond. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to everything the city had to offer. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the terrace and the wonderful tea selection at the cafe. The vibe throughout the hotel was really nice and unpretentious. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in a beautiful city.
